When will my order ship?
Orders that are in stock and received before 12 PM Pacific Time (Monday to Friday) will be shipped on the same day via the chosen shipping method. For orders placed after the 12 PM Pacific Time cutoff, they will be shipped on the following business day. If a Delivery Date is specified, it will take precedence, and the order will be processed and shipped to arrive on that specific date using the selected shipping method.
What is a Delivery Date?
The Delivery Date refers to the specific date by which an order is required to arrive. It should be the earliest possible arrival date. Our team will ship the order to arrive on that particular date. If an order is placed with a future Delivery Date, it will be held until the chosen shipping method can ensure its arrival on that specified date. If immediate shipping is required, please do not apply a Delivery Date.
What shipping method should I choose and how does it relate to my Delivery Date?
If the order has a specific Delivery Date, only express transit times should be elected. Ground service is not an express service, and if accidentally elected, our team will ship using an express shipping method to arrive on the Delivery Date.
Is Saturday Delivery an option?
Saturday delivery is a premium service and is only offered in certain areas with specific shipping methods. If Saturday Delivery is required, please select a Saturday delivery date and either a 2-day or overnight shipping method and contact customerservice@almadenglobal.com to confirm if possible. If the delivery is not available our customer service team will inform the requestor.
What to expect when shipping internationally?
International orders deliveries are subject to customs clearance and customs requests. However, our shipping team will strive to get your item to you as close to the requested Delivery Date as possible. Please note that international shipments won't come with return shipping labels. If you need to return items, you'll need to email us at customerservice@almadenglobal.com with a list and quantities of what you intend to send back.
Where are my return labels?
Return shipping labels will be provided with event materials (such as banners, backdrops, tablecloths, and survival kits) orders, and with large swag orders. A digital on-demand return label link will also be emailed to the requestor at the time of shipment. Return labels are included only with domestic orders. International orders DO NOT include return labels due to customs requirements. When returning any international orders, please contact customerservice@almadenglobal.com with your order number and an exact list of items, quantities, and the number of boxes in your shipment. Please refrain from sending back additional items not included in the international documents, as the return shipment will be flagged by customs and require additional processing for release.
When will my returned items be processed?
All items are inspected upon return and are processed within 24-48hrs (M-F). The customer service team will notify you if there is a delay in processing your returns for any reason. If there is any damage to ALMADEN-MADE event materials or if an item arrives that is not in our system without advanced notification, then the item will be moved to quarantine pending further disposition before processing. Additional processing fees will be added to the monthly portal billing for unexpected items in a return.
How do I cancel an order?
You can request a cancellation of your order prior to shipment by contacting Customer Service of ALMADEN via email at customerservice@almadenglobal.com and providing the order number.
Can I include event labels to appear on the exterior of my package?
Yes, please email a pre-filled Event Label PDF with the order number to customerservice@almadenglobal.com. Our shipping team will print and tape the label to the exterior of the packages, and fill in any box count (Box ___ of ____) information.

To view past orders, click on My Account > My Orders.
